There is a part compliance with the order of this Court in as much as the respondents have now issued a charge memo to the petitioner on 30.03.2022. After the order of this Court dated 30.09.2021 was, the petitioner filed a copy application on 01.10.2021. The copy was made ready on 17.11.2021 and delivered on 03.02.2022. Prima facie, there is a part compliance of the order considering the fact that the petitioner has started receiving the subsistence allowance.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that steps have been taken to reinstate the petitioner in any non-sensitive posts. 4.Considering the above, the respondent is directed to report compliance by the next date of hearing by reinstating the petitioner in any non-sensitive posts.

5.List this case on 07.12.2022.
