Seeking leave to sue respondents 2 to 5/defendants 2 to 5, the applicants/plaintiffs have come up with this application. 2.Applicants are the plaintiffs in the suit filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the term sheet dated 19.06.2015 is said to have been executed within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and the entire transaction has also taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Since some of the defendants are residing/situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, this application has been filed. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
