ORDER

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after evicting the encroachers, further encroachments are made.

If so, the authorities are bound to evict those new encroachers by following the procedures. In view of the above factum, no further order is required.
