The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"May be permitted & at liberty to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail petition on 13/03/2024 since FIR is registered."

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file a fresh application with correct details.
