ORDER
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants made an endorsement in the case bundle that as per the instruction of the appellants, the appeal suit is withdrawn. In view of the endorsement made, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the appeal suit and accordingly, the first appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
2. In view of the fact that the appeal suit has been withdrawn even before adjudication, the appellants are entitled for refund of the Court fee. Accordingly, Registry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is directed to refund the Court fee by following the procedures contemplated under Section 69 A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fee and Suit Valuation Act.
