Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.562/2022 dated 11.01.2022 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. and pass such or other orders as may deem fit and necessary. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KAMADEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.562 of 2022 by an order dated 11.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting once in a week instead of everyday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that the petitioners should report before the Investigating Officer on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. -sd/- 06/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
