O R D E R

Mr.Daniel Mary, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission stage itself.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide permanent electricity service connection for the petitioner's property bearing patta No.182 comprised in S.No.50/6 (as per sub-division) of an extent of Tiruvannamalai, in pursuance to representation dated 07.01.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned 2/4

Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is passed against the 4th respondent and hence, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the private respondent, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
