This is an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole plaintiff. Service has been completed by way of substituted service viz., paper publication.

2. It is stated that Affidavit of Service has been duly filed and the matter was listed yesterday and today.

3. None represented on behalf of the proposed legal heirs, who have been served by way of substituted service. There is no dispute between the parties regarding the legal heirs.

Therefore, the instant application is allowed.
