ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.10561 of 2016, by order dated 21.04.2016, directed the respondent to return the sale deed dated 16.05.2008 registered as document No.4428 of 2008 on the file of the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Ambattur to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of two weeks by making necessary endorsement on the document with regard to the pendency of proceedings under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
