ORDER

This Criminal Revision has been preferred challenging the order dated 10.02.2016 passed in C.A.No.235 of 2013 by the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed a memo stating that the petitioner died on 13.03.2019. He has also produced a copy of the death certificate along with the memo filed by him.
