Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct the examination to the students studying in the academic semester II to VIII semester / 2nd to 4th year as per the notification No.KSOU/AB/EST-01/236/2011-12 dated 19.01.2016 and issue the decree certificates to the students who are already completed their course in the study center.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.However, my attention is drawn to an order dated 05.01.2022 in W.P.No.9581 of 2016 by a learned single Judge of this Court in Bharath Post Graduate College Vs. Union of India, Represented by its Secretary to Government, Ministry of Human Resources and Development, New Delhi and two others. The said writ petition had been dismissed as withdrawn, consequent to a statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner therein through video conferencing.

3.The petitioner herein, Nagai Institute of Engineering & Technology has an agreement with the 4th respondent herein, which incidentally is Bharath Post Graduate College / petitioner in W.P.No.9581 of 2016. 4.Since the recognition of the 4th respondent / Bharath Post Graduate College has been withdrawn, and the writ petition had also been dismissed as withdrawn, the petitioner herein has no legs to stand to maintain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
