This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to pay Dearness Allowance to the Administrative Supervisors Pensioners in accordance with the para 2(b) of Government Letter No.27762/D/99-8 Transport Department dated 15.12.2000.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the request is pending on the file of the second respondent by the representation dated 22.07.2013. However, the said representation is not available in the records of the second respondent.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
