This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent herein to consider the representation of the
petitioner herein dated 30.04.2011 and pass appropriate orders on the same within stipulated time.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is having agricultural land to an extent of 0.20.5 Hectores comprised in S.F.No.24/2, Kaliyanoor Agraharam, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District. Further, the petitioner applied for Village Field Map before the Village Administrative officer. At that juncture, he found some corrections in the extent of land and extended the pathway in the Patta land of the petitioner herein. Therefore, he filed a representation to the first respondent to action as against the Village Administrative Officer and Firka Surveyor. That apart, the representation was submitted by the petitioner as early as on 30.04.2011. After a lapse of 10 years, such direction cannot be issued. That apart, the petitioner requested to take departmental proceedings as against the Village Administrative Officer and Firka Surveyor. Therefore, such direction cannot be issued to take departmental proceedings as against the Village Administrative Officer and Firka Surveyor. Hence, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits.
