Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the Notification No.6/13, dated 05.09.2013 issued by the third respondent as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to fill up the post of Members in the various District Consumer disputes Redressal Forum in Tamil Nadu from the panel consisting of selected candidates sent by the Selection Committee based on the selection process held by conducting interview on 23.01.2012 and 22.06.2012.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition declaring Notification No.6/13, dated 05.09.2013 issued by the third respondent as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to fill up the post of Members in the various District Consumer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Disputes Redressal Forum in Tamil Nadu, from the panel consisting of selected candidates sent by the Selection Committee, based on the interview held on 23.01.2012 and 22.06.2012.

2.However, today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
