Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the second respondent in his proceedings No.Na.Ka.D1/868/2018 dated 31.05.2018 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service in terms of the application under voluntary retirement Scheme dated 12.02.2018 with all attendant benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect.
