Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the husband and wife would state that in the respective HMOPs preferred by the parties both seeking dissolution of marriage, the two different Courts where the HMOPs have been filed, have already granted dissolution of marriage. Hence, the request for transfer does not survive.
