ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to quash the order passed by the 2nd Respondent in R.No. 052455/ DA/ S2/ 2021 dated 04.05.2022 and to remove any adverse remarks in the Annual Confidential Report and record sheet and consequently to direct the Respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the promotion List /Panel for the post of Block Health Supervisor for the panel year 2025- 2026.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as against the punishment imposed in the impugned order dated 04.05.2022, the present writ petition has been filed. However, there is effective appeal remedy available before the Government. Therefore, this Court may permit the petitioner to file appeal before the Government within the time as stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to file appeal before the Government within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of

this order. On filing of such appeal, the Government is directed to dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. 4.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 26.02.2026 Index :Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order : Yes/No lok
