ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 263 days in preferring the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents no.1 to 6 has got objections in allowing the petition.

4. The petitioners would aver that the case papers were mixed with other files and hence, the delay of 263 days occurred in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioners appears to be acceptable. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Fiver Hundred Only) payable in favour of the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), on or before 12.11.2025.

Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.

6. List the matter on 14.11.2025.
