J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.2/AC/2016/CC-II dated 14.11.2016 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The very same petitioner had approached this Court for the very same relief in Crl.O.P.No.4370 of 2018, wherein, this Court in its order dated 15.02.2018, disposed of the petition on the ground that an extension of four months was granted to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crl.M.P.No.1793 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.14592 of 2017. 3.As the investigation was not completed within the stipulated time of four weeks, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a final report in Crime No.2/AC/2016/CC-II dated 14.11.2016. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that since the huge volume of the records are involved in this case and several witnesses are to be examined, the investigation could not be completed within the stipulated time of four months. Accordingly, seeks further time of six months time to complete the investigation.

5.In view of the above request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent is hereby directed to complete the investigation within a period of six months.
6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
