Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent by his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8614/1999C1, dated 17.06.2022 has complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13473 of 2021, dated 29.06.2021 and a copy of the said proceedings has been produced before this Court.
