A.No.1492 of 2023 in C.S.No.362 of 2021 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed praying to receive the affidavit executed by P.M.Maruthai Chettiar dated 03.07.2015 in support of the application for rejection of plaint filed in A.No.600 of 2023 in C.S.No.362 of 2021.

2. This application has been filed pursuant to the liberty granted by the Division Bench of this court by order dated 06.06.203 made in O.S.A.No.11 of 2023. Only a photo copy of the affidavit is enclosed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the original was lost and a paper publication was also made.

3. This application is ordered accordingly and the affidavit executed by P.M.Maruthai Chettiar dated 03.07.2015 is received subject to the proof and relevancy of the said document.
