ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent produced a copy of the notification bearing Ref.No.SU/COE/RESULTS/NOVEMBER 2019 dated 27.11.2019, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.1635 of 2018 in which, it has been stated that the petitioner was provisionally declared to have successfully completed his thesis requirements as per 11(1)(d) of Ph.D. Regulations of SIMATS for the award of Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PH.D - Engineering) under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology as on 20.11.2019. Thus, according to the learned Standing Counsel, the order of this Court has been complied with. The same has also been agreed upon by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
