Rajapalayam and thus nothing would survive in the present writ petitions which have been filed on the premise that the notices have been issued erroneously to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and did not have serious objection to the 2/4

above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent in view of the subsequent development.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent the Writ Petitions are closed. No costs.
