This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents as parties in the above second appeal and rank them as respondents 10 to 19.

2. In the affidavit in support of the petition, it is stated that the proposed respondents are the owners of the suit property having purchased the same from the respondents in the second appeal. It is also their contention that the lessee in the suit property has been impleaded after the death of the sole respondent and therefore, impleading all the owners of the property is absolutely necessary for adjudication of this case.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents/appellants did not raise any serious objection in allowing the petition. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.1456 of 2001 and list the matter for final hearing on 08.06.2022.
