ORDER
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transfer the case in H.M.O.P. No.97 of 2025 from the file of Family Court, Madurai to the Family Court, Thiruvannamalai.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, parties have appeared before this Court. The petitioner is present before this Court in person with two infant children, and the respondent appeared through video conference. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Both parties were heard.
4. Considering the fact that the marriage had taken place at Thiruvannamalai and considering the fact the respondent is also a native of Thiruvannamalai, and taking into consideration that the petitioner is having two infant kids, and facing difficulty in appearing for every hearing in H.M.O.P. No.97 of 2025 pending on the file of Family Court, Madurai, at Madurai, this Court is inclined to transfer the case as prayed for, in exercise of Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code.
5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 28-04-2025 klt To 1.The Family Court, Madurai District.
