Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sponsor the name of the petitioner and to consider and select and appoint the Petitioner to the post of Computer Instructor in pursuant to the Notification in Advertisement No.7 of 2014 issued by the 3rd respondent by reckoning the Employment Exchange seniority only from the date of acquiring the B.Sc., (Computer Science) degree in April 2001 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.11.2014, in the light of orders passed in W.P(MD).No.20245 of 2014 dated 16.12.2014, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard both sides. By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal and disposed of in view of the narrow prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner at the time of hearing. 2.The petitioner acquired the qualification of B.Sc.(Computer Science) in April 2001, M.Sc. (Computer Science) in April 2003 and B.Ed. in April 2004 and registered the Post Graduate qualification and B.Ed., in the Employment Exchange on 20.09.2004. The TRB notified 652 vacancies to the post of Computer Instructor to be filled through Employment Exchange. The name of the petitioner was not sponsored to the post since the B.Sc. qualification was not registered at that time. In similar circumstances, this Court has passed an order dated 16.12.2014 in W.P.(MD) No.20245 of 2014 to consider the date of registration of Post Graduate qualification for filling the post of Computer Instructor. The petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioner in W.P.(MD) No.20245 of 2014. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation dated 01.11.2014 to the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner relating to sponsor of the name of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 16.12.2014 in W.P.(MD) No.20245 of 2014 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After the first respondent has sponsored the name of the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.
