This Application has been filed, with a prayer to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle to the Applicant, and by order, 15.03.2023, Advocate Commissioner has been appointed by this Court.

2. Ms.Harsha, representing M/s.Sreedhar Associates, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the vehicle has been seized and was handed over to the applicant.

3. The Advocate Commissioner has also filed a report, dated 06.04.2023 regarding seizure of vehicle. Apart from filing such report, Advocate Commissioner has also filed a memo, dated 06.04.2023, inter alia stating that, for executing the warrant, she toiled a lot, as she went to Delhi and suffered whole day by staying in the Delhi airport without any accommodation facility and only after undergoing undue hardship, was able to seize the vehicle. Thus, by stating so, she seeks for additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/-.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has no objection for payment of the additional remuneration, as sought by the learned Advocate Commissioner.

Considering the memo, dated 06.04.2023, filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner and taking note of the no objection made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, this Court is inclined to grant the additional remuneration. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the applicant to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner on or before 28.06.2023.
