This petition is filed for modification of the judgment and decree dated 05.02.2013 passed by this Court in A.S.No.961 of 2010 in LAOP No.16 of 2005.

2. Since this petition for modification is filed after 9 years, this Court expressed its opinion that this petition is not maintainable and the petitioner may seek review of the above order. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a review application before this Court.
