ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the order of this court, dated 09.09.2022, passed in W.P.No.24263 of 2022, the Transport Corporation had issued order No.E4/9265/ TNSTC/ Salem/ 2024-, dated 11.06.2024, appointing the petitioner temporarily as Diesel Operator in Namakkal Branch, without prejudice to the outcome of the medical board final decision and the petitioner had also joined duty on 12.06.2024 in Namakkal Branch as Diesel Operator. Hence, he seeks to dispense with the appearance of the respondents.

2. Recording the above, this contempt petition is closed. The appearance of the respondents is dispensed with.
