Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to cause the production of the body and person of the petitioner minor son Muthukumaran son of Saravanan, aged about 4 years before this Court and handover his custody to the petitioner and to pass such further or other orders. O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in this Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to cause the production of the body and person of the petitioner's minor son Master Muthukumaran, S/o.Saravanan, aged about four years.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted a copy of the statement signed by the petitioner. The statement shows that on 27.02.2018, the minor child of the petitioner Master Muthukumaran, had been handed over to the petitioner and the petitioner has given a statement to that effect.

3. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
