ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.899 of 2016, by order dated 18.01.2016, directed the respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and if the materials are gathered indicating any cognizable office, the respondent was directed to proceed further in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ accordance with law as early as possible.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.01.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this contempt petition is closed.
