pri 3.It is represented that the Collector of Villupuram District vide, proceedings dated 08.10.2015, in Na.Ka.Pe.Me./4294/2015, has directed the Revenue Divisional Officer to initiate disciplinary action against the persons concerned under Section 17(b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules. 4.In the light of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. The said proceedings of the Collector of Villupuram District, dated 08.10.2015, is taken on file and recorded.
