ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the final report in C.C.No.44 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor, Nilgiris, dated 21.06.2019 and quash the same.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner today when the matter is called.

3. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that in this case, the prosecution has examined almost all the witnesses except the Investigation Officer and before the trial court, now the case is posted for examination of investigation Officer.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his defence before the trial court.
