Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. 288 of 2016, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) that the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police in Crime No.288 of 2016 on 27.06.2016.
