W.M.P.No.7939 of 2020 in W.P.No.6691 of 2020 M.SUNDAR.J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of a notice captioned 'Most Urgent Notice dated 18.02.2020' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of convenience and clarity] issued by the first respondent.

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to the support affidavit submitted that impugned notice has been sent to the petitioner by electronic mode and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph 9 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'I submit that the impugned notice has been served on the petitioner through electronic means. Hence the petitioner is unable to produce the original of the same'
