COMMON ORDER These two appeals are directed against the judgements of the trial Court for acquitting the respondent/accused.

2. Pending appeals, it is stated that both parties have settled the issue

amicably, the amounts have been paid, and the appellant/complainant has received the amount in Full quit .

3.A joint memorandum of compromise is filed in both cases, which is signed by the parties as well as the learned counsel. Therefore, the appeals are disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise, and the offences have been treated as compounded.
