2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the production of original returns mentioned in the docket of the District Munsif, Gudiyattam in E.P.No.76 of 2016, is dispensed with for the present.

3.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission' on 10.03.2026.

Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
