The above application is taken out to amend the affidavit in the judges summons filed in A.No.7712 of 2018 in CS.No.712 of 2014 in the following manner.
a) to delete the words "bearing present Door No.72, " in para 2 of the Affidavit filed in Application No.7711 of 2018 and insert the words "bearing New Door No.92";
b) to delete the words " bearing present Door No.72," in schedule of property mentioned in the Judges summons filed in Application No.7711 of 2018 and insert the words " bearing New Door No.92;
2. The applicant plaintiff would submit that by oversight the new door number of the suit schedule property has been showed as 72 instead of 92. P.T.ASHA, J.

3. It is also seen that the amendment has already been ordered in application No. 9039of 2019 seeking to amend the plaint in CS.No.712 of 2014 by orders of this Court dated 02.01.2020. Thereafter, there has also been a consequential amendment to order dated 11.12.2018 issued to the Advocate Commissioner by specifying the correct door number.
4. The present application is nothing but a sequal to the above process
5. Considering the fact this Court has already permitted to the applicant to amend the plaint relating to the correct door number, this application is ordered
6. The learned counsel for the respondent defendant would submit that they have taken out steps to set aside the ex parte decree. It is open to him to bring up the said application and seven days time is granted to carry out amendment. 16.03.2020 mrn A.No.1176 of 2020
