ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the Civil Revision Petition against the order of the Learned XV Judge, Court of Small Causes at Chennai (Rent Controller) dated 18-8-2017 in a Memo filed in RCOP No.140 of 2017 filed by the respondent.
2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has got the printed order from the online and found that it has been recorded that "the respondent to be a sub tenant". But in the memo order, it has been stated as "the petitioner has alleged the respondent to be a sub tenant", which are contrary to each other. Therefore, challenging the said inconsistent statement recorded by the court below, the petitioner has filed the Civil Revision Petition before this Court.
3. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to file clarification of the two different orders passed in respect of recording of sub tenant, if permissible in accordance with law.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with above observations. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
