These Petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of 1st respondent / M.S.Ramachandran.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable by 30.04.2025.

5. Post the case on 30.04.2025.
