[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the wife of detenu viz., Neelamegam, Son of K.S.Somu, aged 34 years, seeks production of her husband. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Respondent police has produced the detenue, petitioner as also her father. Both petitioner and her husband trade charges against each other. Petitioner has informed that she does not wish to continue matrimonial bond.

4. In the circumstance, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
