Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 5(c) in Crl.OP.No.19029/2020 order dated 17.12.2020 for the petitioners (A1A4) for the reasons stated above. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.K.SATHIASEELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19029 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 273 of IPC, in Crime No.1168 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
