Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent dated 01.03.2012 published in the internet and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to select the petitioner herein for appointment as Graduate Assistant (Minority Subject) under land priority. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records of the 1st respondent dated 01.03.2012 published in the internet and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent for appointment as Graduate Assistant (Minority Subject) under land priority.
2. When the matter was listed on 28.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" today. In spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session.
3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
