Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to enable the petitioners to obtain permanent registration of MBBS course with the 2nd respondent by providing them temporary provisional registration certificate with the 2nd respondent and CRRI Training during 2016-17 to be completed before 31st march 2017 in the 5th respondent college or any other approved medical college hospital.

ORDER
The petitioners have come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the respondents to grant temporary/provisional registration certificate, so as to enable the petitioners to undergo CRRI Training for the year 2016-17 in the 5th respondent college or any other approved medical college and hospital.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the issue involved herein has attained finality, by judgment dated 11.08.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WA.No.263 of 2016 etc batch of cases and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
