Respondents Prayer in W.P.No.6837 of 2024 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to treat the petitioner's one year bond period as completed and to consequently terminate the bond agreement executed at the time of post-graduation degree admission as infructuous and to direct the 5th respondent to return her original certificates and documents collected during her Post-Graduate admission along with her Post-Graduate degree certificate, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court. 6840 of 2024 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to treat the petitioner's one-year bond period as completed and to consequently terminate the remaining period of his bonded service in the Government Hospital, Viralimalai, Pudukottai District and further to direct the 5th respondent to return his original certificates and documents collected during his Post-Graduate admission along with his Post-Graduate degree certificate, Transfer Certificate and conduct certificate, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court.

COMMON ORDER Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 18.03.2024.
2. Today, Ms.K.Dhivyashree, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the original documents have already been received and hence all that remains is for the intimation of cancellation of the bond period. Further, learned counsel relies on order dated 28.03.2024 made in W.P.Nos. 6089 of 2024 batch.
3. Thus, the petitioners may approach the concerned Deans for cancellation of bond. The Deans of the respective colleges will issue necessary communications to the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, through the office of the Directorate of Medical Education.
4. The Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine will issue the relieving order and forward the same to both the Deans of the respective colleges, all arrayed as respondents, as well as the candidate concerned. This process should be completed within 15 working days from the date when the student collects the certificates from the Dean.
5. Recording the aforesaid, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs.
