This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Economic Offences-I, Egmore, Chennai to entertain the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 91 Cr.P.C., in EOCC.No.136 of 2017 and dispose the same on merits.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.
