ORDER

The Criminal Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.55432 of 2023 dated 22.12.2023 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.II, Egmore, Chennai.

2. This petition has been filed against the dismissal of the miscellaneous petition filed by the petitioner under Section 156 (3) of CPC, seeking to register an FIR.

3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint of the petitioner, an FIR has been registered and a copy of the FIR has also been produced.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also confirms the same.

5. In view of the same, nothing survives in the petition. Recording the same, the criminal revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
