PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, directing to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 16.01.2012 in Letter No.46883/B2/2008, on the file of the first respondent herein and to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to herein to treat the petitioners service with the second respondent from 07.11.2001 to 29.09.2022 regular employment and to be continued with the present employment for the purpose of retirement benefits on the date of petitioners superannuation .
