JUDGEMENT This petition has been filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent / accused in Crl.O.P.No.3031 of 2016, under order dated 29.02.2016.
2. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the first respondent / accused paid a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) today, as per his earlier undertaking dated 03.01.2019.
3. It seems that the accused has so far paid Rs.85,000/- (Rupees Eighty Five Thousand only). In the light of the above fact and in view of the earlier order dated, 03.01.2019, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. The total amount of Rs.85,000/- paid by the first respondent / accused shall be given credit to the maintenance order to be passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellore District in M.C.No.3 of 2016. 22.01.2019 (1/2) Index : Yes/No.
