For Respondents : R1-Died (in both the cases) : No Appearance for R2 COMMON ORDER The first respondent, who is the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.499 of 2004 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, had died and such death was recorded by this Court in the order as early as in the year 2024 and no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent/plaintiff.
